  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received
  • You must request a return within 3 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased on clearance or special discount (if mentioned)
  1. Return Process
  • Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery
  • Share order details and clear photos of the issue
  • Our team will verify and approve the return
  1. Refund Policy
  • Once the return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method or bank account
  1. Replacement
  • If available, we can offer replacement instead of refund
  1. Shipping Charges
  • Return shipping is free only in case of damaged or wrong product
  • In other cases, shipping charges may apply
